After a tough off season, the home opener needed to ignite a sense of passion in the fans. The opening home game is a chance to rally the fans, and get them excited for the start of the season. There are 13 different LED surfaces in Nationwide Arena, used as one big canvas. My goal as the motion design on this project was to compliment the video on the main center hung LED column with visuals that would excite the patrons. It's also necessary to give an amazing experience to every person in the arena, no matter where they are sitting. Elements are duplicated but it never feels overcomplicated.
